PG&E’s next Climate Credit is on its way to your energy bill, and it’s happening sooner than expected.
The credit is designed to lower your bill. The recent increase in demand and limited natural gas supplies have caused higher-than-normal bills, but the credit will help offset the costs. If you pay for natural gas, you will receive a credit of around 50 dollars, while for electric, you will receive a credit of just under 40 dollars, and if you receive both services, you’ll get a total credit of around 90 dollars. No action is required on your part; the credit will automatically appear as an adjustment on the Detailed Charges page of your bill.
So, keep an eye out for that extra boost in savings.
