t's that time of year again! Time to get ready for LMUD's Annual, Customer Appreciation Celebration! Thursday, September 3rd from 11:00am to 1:30pm!

Join us on the north shore of Eagle Lake for Eagle Lake Art Center's Annual Craft Fair.

This Labor day weekend on the 5th& 6th Mean Bean Mountain Brew will be at this amazing craft show in Chester at the Collins pine lawn. There will be a lot of awesome vendors at this show. And Mean Bean Mountain Brew will be introducing some new coffees so come on up and say hi and have a great time.

Lassen County Office of Education  brings Lassen County’s first community-led Walk for Hope: Suicide Awareness Walk on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM at Lassen Community College.

Indian Valley Museum Fossil Hunt

Elks Lodge #2626 is presenting the 38th annual Street Rod Extravaganza on Saturday, September 12 from 9am to 2:30pm at the Chester Community Park in Chester.  All proceeds fund Lake Almanor Elks. Awards, silent auction, face painting, and more. Registration information 530-519-6428

There is a large selection available for viewing and choosing a favorite. All cakes have been created by local bakers. Come out and see what we have for selections. We will be at the Mark on Saturday from 9am to 4pm.  All money goes to supporting our scholarship program, the backpack program, Doyle & Herlong Summer Children’s Lunch Program

The Lassen Gravel Adventure Ride benefits the Susanville Area Bicycle Association and Lassen Land and Trails Trust, helping support the trails, outdoor recreation, and community that make adventures like this possible.
Online registration ends Thursday, September 10th at 5:00p.m. The race is limited to 500 particpants.
