Quincy Crime spree suspect convicted with five felony counts for arson, burglary, and vandalism. Zephaniah Paul Mosely, 39 of Reno was arrested following the spree for violations of his probabtion. The Sheriff’s office and DA have been diligently piecing together the crimes and have been able to tie the vehicle fire in the alley behind Morning Thunder restaurant, and the burglary and vandalism of the Plumas County Museum and the Yuba Expeditions Bike Shop to Mosely. There are still pending crimes that may be connected yet are still under investigation. With the new charges against Mosely and the danger he poses to the community Superior Court Judge Janet Hilde ordered Mosely held in custody without bail. His next court date will be held on Oct. 22.
