There’s a new opportunity to learn about the exciting developments in the Connected Communities Trails Master Plan. Two additional dates have been added to the summer and fall Trails Tour, where the community can get up-to-date information on the project.
The first event will take place on September 6 at the Railroad Depot in Susanville, in collaboration with the Lassen Land & Trails Trust. This gathering is conveniently scheduled for the evening before the Lassen Gravel Adventure Ride on September 7, 2024, offering a perfect opportunity to combine trail exploration with a weekend of gravel riding.
The following evening, September 7, the tour will continue at Waganupa Brewing in Lake Almanor. At each stop, attendees can expect to see updated maps, learn about the next phases of environmental review and construction for ongoing trail projects, and get their questions answered.
This is a great chance to engage with the community, enjoy a beverage, and gain insight into the future of the trails in the area.
