According to a statement from the SPD, local officers responded to 13,358 incidents, including 7,502 calls for service, 2,703 traffic stops and 5,856 officer-initiated incidents.
Officers made 528 arrests — 405 misdemeanor, 123 felony and 66 driving under the influence.
Officers issued 1,081 citations, including 696 traffic violations and 131 parking violations.
Officers filed 1.247 reports, including 45 traffic collisions, 871 criminal reports and 331 miscellaneous reports.
The front desk responded to 1,462 counter calls and the animal control officer responded to 271 calls.
Officers received 1,420 hours of training in 2024.
The SPD reports it has 21 employees — 17 sworn and four non-sworn.
