It did occur system wide but only lasted one minute.Lights just flickered for most across Susanville and Westwood areas and some were completely off. The outage just happened moments before noon. A call to Theresa Phillips with LMUD revealed that there was no planned outage today for LMUDs stystem or PG&E’s Caribou Transmission line. LMUD is working on finding the cause of the brief outage and will be updating us as they learn more.
