The deadline to submit comment prior to the preparation for the environmental impact report for the proposed closure of the California Correctional Center is looming. This Monday your comments on environmental consequences as a result of the closure of the facility will end. Ascent Environmental Project Principal Gary Jacobs at the public scoping meeting shared following this step in the scoping project a draft of the report will be made available to which another 45 day commenting period will begin.
