July 24th around 2:30pm CAL FIRE Lassen Modoc Unit personnel responded to a vegetation fire off of Highway 139 just north of Susanville. The fire burned approximately .08 acres of vegetation before it was stopped. We would like to thank California Highway Patrol for helping with traffic control to keep our personnel safe and SUSAN RIVER FIRE District for providing a water tender.
