8 Missing Persons – Update 3pm 8-7

From Plumas County Sheriff

As of 08/06/2021 at 8:00 PM, we have received reports of eight unaccounted for individuals. We are seeking the public and the media’s assistance is helping us locate the individuals so we can report back to their loved ones.

Our Investigation’s Unit has already been successful in safely locating 16 additional individuals throughout today.

We request if you know where any of these people are to contact them and have them call the Sheriff’s Office at 530-283-6300 to let us know they are safe, so we can report back to the person(s) looking for them.

Unaccounted for individuals:

1. Danny Sczenski of Greenville
2. Glen Gallagher of Greenville (reported safe, however official contact has not been made)
3. Donna Shelton of Chester (reported safe, however official contact has not been made)
4. Dianne Doppert of Greenville
5. Lena Rhynes of Greenville
