The Commander discussed topics such as the overall health of the depot and future workload; as well as Modernization initiatives including railroad improvements, a new Access Control Point (ACP), and storage facility projects. LTC Haynes also highlighted the depot’s latest major achievements: its support to Hurricane Milton relief, its support to Ukraine and Taiwan, and the successful reset of US Coast Guard navigational buoys.
