Arguments on the motion of change of venue for the injunction hearing for the closure of CCC will be heard today at 2pm at the Susanville Lassen Superior Court. If the motion is approved it will be moved to a later date in Sacramento that is to be decided. If denied, the hearing on the injunction will immediately follow. Judge Nureau had both parties file their arguments on Firday of last week. The restraining order has been extended through today, August 23rd.
