Geoff Green, CEO of CalNonprofits, also praised TEACH Inc.’s services, emphasizing the vital role nonprofits play in California’s economy and community well-being.

The California Nonprofit of the Year initiative, now in its tenth year, allows state legislators to recognize outstanding nonprofits in their districts, culminating in a celebratory luncheon on California Nonprofits Day, observed this year on May 21. The program is sponsored by CalNonprofits in partnership with the state Senate and Assembly Select Committees on the Nonprofit Sector.
