City of Susanville begins their leaf collection program. Yet this year there are a few changes as CCC is no longer apart of the program. City Administrator Dan Newton thanks our local trash service for stepping up to the plate. C&S waste will be collecting leaves and haul them to the dump for disposal. There will also only be one location this year, it will be at the intersection of Numa and Skyline roads. The program will run through December 6th.
