The city of Susanville announces the official launch of its newly redesigned website, which went live on May 15, 2025.
The new website, designed by CivicPlus, offers residents a modern, user-friendly experience aimed at improving access to city services and enhancing communication between the City and its citizens.
“This new website is a significant step forward in how we engage with our community,” said Tamra Spade, Economic Development Director. “We want residents to easily find the information they need and have more opportunities to participate in city initiatives.”
The website, located at CityofSusanville.gov, underwent a comprehensive six-month redesign process to improve layout, navigation, and functionality.
The upgraded site includes several new interactive modules designed to increase transparency and civic engagement:
Community Voice
Enables residents to share ideas and provide feedback on city projects, programs, and community improvement efforts.
Report a Concern
Click Fix allows users to easily report issues like potholes, graffiti, or broken streetlights directly to the appropriate department.
Alert Center
Keeps the community informed with real-time emergency alerts, road closures, and public safety updates.
Agenda Center
Offers quick access to City Council and committee meeting agendas, minutes, and supporting documents.
News Flash
Provides timely updates and announcements from all city departments.
With these new features, the city aims to foster stronger community engagement, streamline access to municipal services, and promote two-way communication between residents and their local government.
