Susanville Fire Invites Community to 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony

It’s been 23 years since the terrorist attacks on 9/11, and to commemorate this solemn anniversary Susanville Fire will once again step outside the Firehouse on Main Street to honor the memory of the brave first responders and civilians who lost their lives on that fateful day.

The Fire Department says they believe it is essential to come together as a community to remember and pay our respects.
You are invited Wednesday π—¦π—²π—½π˜π—²π—Ίπ—―π—²π—Ώ 𝟭𝟭, at 7:05 am outside the Susanville Fire Department for The Remembrance Ceremony.

The department encourages all first responders and local community members to attend this ceremony. It is an opportunity to stand in unity, pay respects, and remind ourselves of the strength and resilience that can emerge from tragedy.

First responders who wish to participate in the ceremony in uniform are asked to arrive by 06:30.
