The City of Susanville will begin its annual leaf collection. Each year the city hosts a program to help you dispose of your leaves by offering a free drop-off site within the city. This year the location will be on Skyline drive across the intersection at Numa.
Bob Godman, Public works director says on average over 800 cubic yards of leaves are collected each year.
The city partners with C&S Waste to help dispose of the collected leaves.
Bags can begin to be dropped off starting October 22nd.
