Lassen County Fair Advisory Board welcomes new members as the board of Supervisors make their appointments.
There were a total of six vacancies as terms were ready to expire. District one, under Supervisor Gallagher, appointed Randy Harland as a new member, District 2, with Supervisor Bridges, appointed Brian Wolfe, District three, under Supervisor Neely, considered new appointments but chose to keep the incumbents as they have been a considerable asset to the fair board over the years. Holly Mueller and Claudio Bustamonte will keep their seats, and District 5, through Supervisor Ingram, also chose to keep incumbents Cheryl Lauritsen and Tim Ochotorena. The members of the Fair Board volunteer their time and respective skills to help in the success of The Annual Fair and all Interim Events.
The Lassen County Fair Advisory Board meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 5:30 in the conference room at the Fair Office on Russell Ave.
