That shelter in place has since been lifted as the Plumas county Sheriff’s office has arrested the suspect. It is unconfirmed if this person is the same individual who crashed the stolen car on Bradley Street yesterday and fled the scene as reported by Quincy CHP. That man has been described as a Native American middle-aged man in a black t-shirt. More details as they emerge.
