PG&E Sets Up Mobile Help Center in Greenville Today

Your questions on getting power back to your property and home following the Dixie Fire can get answered today. PG&E will have a mobile customer help center set up in Greenville. You can get in-person answers on how to apply for electric service after you get your building permits from the county building departments, or on how you can get temporary power at your property. PG&E says property owners need to apply for electric service as it is not part of the county’s application process nor is it automatic. If you were impacted by wildfire PG&E will connect and disconnect temporary electric service at no cost until a permanent electric meter is installed. You can also get help on their tree removal program. The mobile help center will be at Greenville Junior-Senior High School’s parking lot along Crescent Street on from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., weather permitting.
