The communications outage that has spanned Lassen County and other Frontier users is the result of a software complication. The issue was affecting only some IP addresses according to Frontier’s Regional Group. More information will be shared as it becomes available. Frontier is making the outage a priority and working on resolving the issue for all users.
Update as of Saturday 6/18:
Frontier has identified a data loop in our system that is causing some sites to drop. Our Tier teams working along with our local technicians are working to remedy.
