The Tobacco Use Prevention Education Program (TUPE) is organizing themed dress-up days to raise awareness:
October 23: Crazy Sock Day
October 24: Outrageous Hair Day
October 25: Wear Red Out
October 28: Back to the 60s and 70s
October 30: Team Up with Others (Wear favorite sports gear)
October 31: Drug-Free, I Can Be Anything (Costume day)

Participants are encouraged to share their involvement on social media, tagging @lcoe and using #RedRibbonWeek. Resources for educators and those needing support to quit smoking or vaping are available at lcoe.org. Text-based assistance is also available by sending “quit smoking” or “quit vaping” to 66819.

The Lassen County Office of Education supports Red Ribbon Week’s mission to encourage a healthier, drug-free community.
