Highway 139 is down to one lane about 3 1/2 miles North of Willow Creek hill following an overturned tractor trailer. Around 8am the incident occured according to the California Highway Patrol. The 40ft trailer went over the side of the road and emergency crews were blcoking the lanes. No other vehicles were invloved and the single male driver has been taken to Banner Lassen Medical Center. As of 11 am tow trucks were at the scene recovering the vehicle.
