The identity of the man who perished in the Greenville trailer fire has been identified by family. Law enforcement has yet to release the victim’s identity with confirmation through dental records, yet despite that the family submitted an obituary notice. Many from Greenville knew the man and recognized his vehicle that was parked outside the home. The family has shared the man was, Scott Burns, a 70 year old, Quincy born man who lived in Greenville. His trailer caught fire on Saturday located at Wolf creek Rd and Main street. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
