FEMA deadline extended

The deadline to register with FEMA and Small Business Administration has been extended for two weeks, (it was Oct. 25, now the last day to apply is Monday, Nov. 8). Designated Counties eligible for Individual Assistance: Lassen, Nevada, Placer, Plumas, Tehama and Trinity.

Plumas County residents who have been impacted by fires should call 800-621-3362 to see if they qualify.

In addition this is a reminder that the deadline to file a Right of Entry form is Nov. 15.

Two dates to remember: Nov. 8 and Nov. 15.
