Tomorrow, June 20th plan on delays along SR 299 if you are heading down into the Redding area for your summer vacation plans. Caltrans will begin a project to improve water drainage.
Crews will be restoring six culverts near montgomery creek from Fenders Ferry Road to Windy Point rd. You can plan on one-way traffic controls with delays of up to 10 minutes throughout the week during daytime hours.
The project is expected to be completed by the end of July.
