Eastern Plumas Health Care (EPHC) celebrated the grand opening of its new Loyalton Medical Clinic on May 15th. The event featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony, tours of the facility, and community engagement activities, including raffle prizes and lunch vouchers from local businesses.
Doug McCoy, CEO of EPHC, expressed enthusiasm for the new clinic, highlighting its role in expanding healthcare services in Sierra and Plumas Counties. The clinic offers various primary care services, including adult and pediatric care, women’s health, and sports medicine.
The facility’s interior features local photography and a welcoming atmosphere, with a spacious lobby and convenient patient amenities. Christina Potter, FNP, will continue as the primary care provider, supported by a dedicated staff.
The Loyalton Medical Clinic is now fully operational and is open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at 701 Main Street, Loyalton. Appointments can be made by calling 530-993-4857.
