You will have to pick up your mail in Quincy if you pick yours up at the Crescent Mills Post office. Major damage to the building was caused when a driver lost control of his vehicle due to icy roads. An Oroville man was driving his word when he attempted to slow down as he entered town that caused his back tires to lose traction. His truck slid across the Crescent Mills Post Office parking lot where the right front of the truck collided with two handrails located at the east entrance of the post office. The truck continued sliding until its right front struck the northeast corner of the post office. The man was not injured in the collision.
