A sheriff deputy arrested 36 year old Jayce Coulter after stopping him on Main Street for a traffic infraction where the deputy learned he was driving with a suspended license. During a search of the vehicle deputies found a concealed handgun with the serial number partially removed, along with near a half pound of meth packaged for sale, cocaine, and a scale. Deputies also learned Coulter is a convicted felon prohibited from carrying a firearm. Coulter also had three warrants out for his arrest in Shasta County.
