No seatbelt and driving drunk lands a Chester man in the hospital Tuesday evening.
Sean Mccurdy was driving his Ram truck at excessive speeds on Warner Valley Road when he lost control of his truck, causing it to roll multiple times and crash. CHP arrived on the scene and noticed Mccurdy not wearing a seatbelt and with signs that he was under the influence of alcohol. McCurdy was arrested for reckless drunk driving, and due to his injuries from his crash, The California Highway Patrol had Mccurdy flown to Enloe Medical Center to be treated.
The crash is under investigation.
