Prepare for three-hour delays through the Canyon this week. Caltrans has announced that rock blasting operations are set to begin tomorrow through Thursday between 8 and 11 am. Blasting will take place on Highway 70 in the Cresta area. You can expect one-way traffic controls through 24 hours a day throughout the week.
