The vicious dogs were on the loose again and caught behind SAFEWAY. On Thursday evening Susanville police department had a dispatch call come in of Murrays’ dogs seen by Safeway chasing a cat up a tree. Susanville Police Department helped the owner Murray of the dogs capture up to three of them. Officers and Murray were able to return the dogs, and Murray was cited for the dogs’ escape. The City Attorney is handling Murrays’ case held on March 15. Murray must comply with the city code, or the dogs will be seized and taken to the animal shelter.
