Chester Elks Lodge is helping with 5th grade students by donating Quarter books for the Geography area. Elk Members Jack Forester and Dave Aiken have a book program they are keeping ongoing for 5th graders. The program is a fun way to learn Geography on All 50 States by learning of facts and symbols. The book has a page inside that holds the quarters of the state that was learned by the student. The two schools to receive this benefit this year was the Chester Elementary School and The Westwood Elementary School. The student to collect all 50 first will win a cooked dinner for their family and themself put on by the Elks. The Chester Elks Lodge is accepting donations of State Quarters to keep this wonderful fun way of learning to benefit future upcoming fifth graders for years to come.
