A motorcyclist is wreaking havoc in the streets of Chester and around the Lake Almanor area. Multiple incidents have been reported of reckless driving and motorcycle pursuits. The CHP, Chester Resident Post, is asking for your help in identifying the person that has been causing the havoc within the last week. If you were a witness to the pursuits and can identify the driver, and motorcycle used, or provide any information to the investigation, you can reach out to the Susanville CHP office at 252-1800.
