Hometown pride had another successful weekend in Phase two of cleaning up Main street. Volunteers joined the Lassen County Chamber of Commerce to clean from Weatherlow down to Alexander in this phase. People grabbed rakes, weeding tools, brooms, and more to clear the sidewalks of leaf debris and weed buildup, as well as pick up trash along the way. Lunch was even provided by Tractor Supply to all the volunteers. Hometown Pride will be moving down along Main street with phase three to come soon, no date has been announced. Check the Lassen County Chamber of Commerce website for more information.
