Plan on more delays through the Canyon on hwy 70 Starting today. The Plumas Drainage rehabilitation project begins and will last for a near 4 months. Crews wil be replacing and repairing culverts along the roadway. You can expect various delays of up to 10 minutes along the stretch from west of Grizzly Creek to about 2 miles west of 89.
