Your library card can get you free access to State parks throughout California. Your card pulls double duty by not only allowing you to check out books but you can also check out a California State Library Parks Pass. The State Library and State Parks have partnered to provide this opportunity for you to visit the more than 200 state parks by giving you a free vehicle day use entry into the parks. You can also visit more than one park while you have your pass checked out.
