Lassen Superior Court Judge to Weigh in on Closure Activities at CCC

The fight for the CA Correctional Center continues. A court hearing will be held to hear the request from the City of Susanville on the continued closure activities at CCC. That’s despite Judge Nareau’s injunction from August of last year, halting all forward progress in closing procedures. The state could come out of this hearing in contempt if closure activities are found to have been conducted. The hearing will be at the Lassen Superior Court house at 10am on February 25th.
