James Gallagher for Congress campaign announced that Gallagher has received the endorsements from every sheriff and district attorney within the 1st Congressional District.
This recent round of endorsements proves Gallagher continues to unite the North State in his campaign for the 1st Congressional District seat, recently left vacant after the tragic passing of Congressman Doug LaMalfa.
“I am honored to have received the endorsements from our sheriffs and district attorneys throughout the district,” said Gallagher in response to the overwhelming support. “Crime is a serious problem in California and more needs to be done to support our public safety officers and prosecutors. We are a nation of laws and I intend to promote tougher laws and enforcement to keep our communities and homes safe.”

About James Gallagher
Assemblyman James Gallagher’s family has called the North State home since the 1800s. Since being elected to the State Assembly in 2014, Gallagher has been a voice for common-sense policies that reduce burdensome regulations and taxes on families and small businesses, reduce wildfire risk, support law enforcement and protect the North State’s water resources. An attorney and partner in the family’s farming business, Gallagher is married to his high school sweetheart, Janna, and they have five children.
