Public Notice for Sierra City Residents
Earlier today, the evacuation siren operated by the Sierra City Fire Department was accidentally activated during a medical call. We want to assure residents that there is currently no evacuation order or warning in effect for the greater Sierra City area.
We understand this may have caused concern, and we appreciate your understanding. There is no emergency requiring evacuation at this time.
