Chair Greg Hagwood of the Plumas County Board of Supervisors was honored at his last official meeting on Tuesday. He received a plaque from the California Legislature that congratulated him on his 31 years of service in the Sheriff’s Department and his latest stint as a Board of Supervisor member. His father read the plaque and several of his best friends stood by as he was honored. We all wish him the best in life’s new endeavors. THANK YOU, SUPERVISOR HAGWOOD! You will be greatly missed, both for your reasoned approach to sensitive issues and your public decorum.
