CalTans announced that work has been completed on the Tehama Wrong Way Ramp Project on Interstate 5 in Tehama County!
In an effort to prevent wrong way entrance onto Interstate 5, the project upgraded or installed signage and applied enhanced pavement markings at all exit ramps between the Cottonwood Creek Bridge and the Liberal Avenue Overcrossing.
Additionally, pavement markers with red backings, which illuminate bright red under headlights to highlight wrong way driving, were placed on all exit ramps in the project area.
