The Plumas County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Thomas Rios, a 10-year-old male reported missing/runaway on December 10, 2024, from Meadow Valley, CA. Thomas left his home on foot around 5:00 PM and has not been seen since.
