Legacy Optometry has joined the Four Nations Health Center of Lassen County. The clinic will move into the new health center and offer full eye care services alongside other medical care.
Patients will see benefits from this change. The health center will accept all insurance plans, including MediCal and programs previously not covered. This expands access to eyecare in the community. Staff will collaborate closely with other providers to support whole-body health.
The staff will gain new opportunities. Integration with the health center team will improve training, support, benefits, and professional growth. Programs will enhance their skills and daily work experience.
The community will gain a stronger resource for eyecare. The health center will serve Lassen County and nearby areas. It may add new optometrists to increase access to in-person care. This partnership aims to sustain local eyecare for years.
Dr. Troy Humphreys will remain Clinical Director to guide a smooth transition for patients and the community. Legacy Optometry and Four Nations Health Center plan to build a better future for health services in the region.
