Snow has returned back to the region, nowhere near the amount of “deepcember” yet the region saw several inches of snowfall and up to a foot in the higher elevations. The winter weather advisory did expire this morning at 10am. Yet light snow showers are expected to continue throughout the day with less than an inch of accumulation. By tonight temperatures drop below the teens to 11 degrees as the sky clears up, yet by tomorrow sunshine will return.
