Bedtime will come a bit earlier next Wednesday for those in the Quincy, La Porte, and Greenhorn areas.
Plumas Sierra Rural Electric is letting you know there will be a planned outage on the evening of the 26th starting at 10 pm on their Quincy 1 Circuit. The outage is expected to last about 30 minutes.
PG&E requests power to be switched to a backup feed to complete work in the area. That work will be ongoing into the weekend.
By Saturday, at 10 pm, you will again have a brief outage as the switch is made back to the main transmission feed.
