Plumas Sierra County Fair to Please All this Summer

Plumas Sierra County Fairgrounds presents Stars, stripes and summer nights for the 2023 summer fair, to be held from July 27 to July 30. Fair manager John Steffanic has aligned the fair to be held in alignment with the LAssen County and Trinity County Fairs to ensure the community at there will be a carnival. In just a few short weeks, you can get your tickets. This year’s fair will feature Kids and Senior Day on Thursday, granting free admission to the fair for both groups. Additionally, you can save a little in your pocketbook by heading to the fair within the first two hours on Thursday, as admission will be free during the brief window, allowing you not to feel guilty enjoying all the food vendors. And the final featured admission day will be Sunday, as it will be “Pay What You Can Day.”

The fair will feature various entertainment options, including the TopGunFMX freestyle motocross show, live music performances, Canine Stars dog stunt show, racing pigs, a Walk On the Wild Side exhibit, Swan Brother’s Circus, clogging performances, and a mind-reading show. And it would be fair time with the traditional favorites, livestock and horse shows, rabbit and poultry shows, and dog and large animal shows. You can explore exhibit halls such as the Art Barn, Home Arts Building, and Floriculture Building, and gardens.

And There’s still time to get your creations in for the exhibits as the deadline for submission will be July 7th.
