The Plumas County Sheriff’s office has issued a missing person alert for a man out of Vinton.
73-year-old Ralph Sisler was last seen five days ago, and Concern has grown for his well-being.
Described as a white male adult with salt and pepper hair, brown eyes, standing at five feet seven inches tall, and weighing around 120 pounds, Ralph was last observed wearing jeans and a plaid light jacket.
He is said to have left his Vinton residence on foot. The sheriff’s office does take note that Ralph has a disability and has been reported missing previously.
Authorities believe he might have headed towards Reno or Sacramento. Those living in or around these areas are urged to be vigilant and report any sightings.
