Modoc Veterinary Center Warns of Rising Parvo Cases Urges Timely Puppy Vaccinations

Modoc Veterinary Center stated that they seeing an increased number of Parvo Virus infections recently. Modoc Veterinary Center reminds folks that Puppies need to be vaccinated every 3-4 weeks starting as early as 6 weeks of age until they are over 16 weeks of age. Puppies are not well protected until they are fully vaccinated. Modoc Veterinary Center recommends avoiding travel, walking in areas frequented by other dogs, and dog parks until your puppy’s vaccines have all been completed.
