Local Post offices are forced to close. Another hit Plumas and Sierra counties are taking as the winter storm and power outages continue to impact the area. You will not be able to pick up your mail at the following locations during the temporary closure in Quincy, Canyon Dam, Greenville, Alleghany, Camptonville, and Downieville. If you wish to place a temporary mail hold on your mail going in or being forwarded you can visit USPS dot com. Normal service will return when power comes back on and routes are accessible.
