Lassen Supervisors to Fine Nine Illegal Marijuana Grows

Lassen County Board of Supervisors will meet this morning with a loaded agenda.

Nine illegal marijuana growers have been fined for failure to cease the grows within the county. The board will have them close down the illegal growing and push forward with the associated penalty fines. The board will also discuss lease renewals within the county with Plumas Sierra Telecommunications, Public Health, and Lassen County Health and Social Services. The discussion will also cover High Dessert State Prison Billing Reimbursements and supervisor Jason Ingram’s Request for funding to help fund local schools. There will also be a discussion on Fish and Game Commission vacancies.

The Board of Supervisors will meet at 9 am at their chambers on Nevada Street in Susanville.
